Losing my Mum was the worst thing that has ever happened to me but Andrew picked me up and gently guided me through the painful business of planning her funeral. Their kindness and support in sorting everything for me was wonderful. Mum's funeral was beautiful, her gorgeous cardboard coffin covered with pictures of bluebells was echoed in their lovely design for the order of service. The lovely kind and caring Anne Matthew was a wonderful choice as celebrant as she spoke so movingly about Mum as if she had known her. The first thing that impressed me about Andrew on initial contact was his flexibility of approach to our situation compared to the other local funeral firms, stating that family wishes and needs were uppermost over the constraints of the local infrastructure.

This helped us to choose the firm to help to say goodbye to Mum and throughout we found that Andrew at all times was friendly, compassionate, sensitive and professional in all matters of the arrangements.

His planning of the funeral was meticulous, which was executed in a very dignified manner with Andrew himself very much involved in the proceedings.

It was of great comfort to me, my father and family that Mum's funeral arrangements were looked after by Andrew in such a personal way throughout.

Firstly we were delighted that Andrew was able to visit Mum's home to discuss the funeral arrangements and luckily for us was able to be with us within half and hour of our initial phone call.
