We had no prior recommendation but are really pleased that we chose to use Andrew Phillips service. Firstly we were delighted that Andrew was able to visit Mum's home to discuss the funeral arrangements and luckily for us was able to be with us within half and hour of our initial phone call. From the moment we met Andrew we were impressed by his professionalism and kindness and genuine wish to support us through this difficult time. Although professional at all times he had a very friendly and approachable manner and nothing was too much trouble. He was supportive and sympathetic throughout the process. His experience was invaluable having not had to arrange such occasion previously. He was very willing to accommodate little details to the day that were important to us. The florist he used was excellent. He worked hard to ensure the arrangements for the cremation, service of thanksgiving and reception afterwards went very smoothly. My mother, sister and myself would certainly be only too pleased to recommend his services to you. Thank you once again Andrew.
