The first thing that impressed me about Andrew on initial contact was his flexibility of approach to our situation compared to the other local funeral firms, stating that family wishes and needs were uppermost over the constraints of the local infrastructure.
This helped us to choose the firm to help to say goodbye to Mum and throughout we found that Andrew at all times was friendly, compassionate, sensitive and professional in all matters of the arrangements.
His planning of the funeral was meticulous, which was executed in a very dignified manner with Andrew himself very much involved in the proceedings.
It was of great comfort to me, my father and family that Mum's funeral arrangements were looked after by Andrew in such a personal way throughout.
