Losing my Mum was the worst thing that has ever happened to me but Andrew picked me up and gently guided me through the painful business of planning her funeral. Their kindness and support in sorting everything for me was wonderful. Mum's funeral was beautiful, her gorgeous cardboard coffin covered with pictures of bluebells was echoed in their lovely design for the order of service. The lovely kind and caring Anne Matthew was a wonderful choice as celebrant as she spoke so movingly about Mum as if she had known her. People said it was the loveliest funeral they had ever been to so my heartfelt thanks to you Andrew x
