CCTV for crime prevention:
CCTV is used for maintaining the security of property and premises and for preventing and investigating crime, it may also be used to monitor staff when carrying out work duties. For these reasons the information processed may include visual images, personal appearance and behaviours. This information may be about staff, customers and clients, offenders and suspected offenders, members of the public and those inside, entering or in the immediate vicinity of the area under surveillance. Where necessary or required this information is shared with the data subjects themselves, employees and agents, services providers, police forces, security organisations and persons making an enquiry.

How long do we keep your information? 

▫   Jackson Family Funeral Directors Ltd will process personal data for up to 1 year after you contact us or the date of the funeral/for as long as is necessary to allow us to fulfill your funeral services and will securely store the personal data indefinitely so we have a record of the funeral for the purposes stated above. 

How do I access the information you hold about me?

▫   Right of rectification – you have the right to correct data that we hold about you that is inaccurate or incomplete.

▫   Right to object to automated processing including profiling – you also have the right to object to the legal effects of automated processing or profiling. 

▫   We do not carry out automated processing or profiling.
